I’ve been testing it today, and honestly, it’s doing exactly what I needed.

@brent_kom3344 Love to hear it! 🙌Sometimes you don't need bells and whistles—you just need the job done. I’m really glad ChartGen delivered for you. Let us know if you need anything else as you keep using it!
Congrats on the launch! I tried it out, and l like the chart as well as key insights generated.
One suggestion is to ensure that the key insights would be mobile friendly. When I tried using the sample Finance.csv, the key insights were cut off.

@rachelz1 Huge thanks for the test run! 🚀We want ChartGen to work just as well on your phone as on your desktop, so this feedback is gold. Sorry about the cut-off text! We are polishing the mobile UI as we speak, and I'll make sure the 'Finance.csv' insights get proper spacing in the next push. Thanks for helping us improve!

@curiouskitty Love this question. We focus on three things that neither of those extremes nails perfectly together: 1. Aesthetics-First: Unlike standard ChatGPT outputs, our charts are designed to be 'slide-ready' by default, and we have the data canvas functonality where you can interact with your charts for better insights. 2. Iterative Control: Unlike Power BI, you don't need to know DAX or drag-and-drop. You just talk to refine. 3. Speed to Insight: We are faster than building a dashboard, but more structured/reliable than a generic LLM chat. The Trigger: When you have the data file in hand, the clock is ticking, and you don't want to fight with a tool UI. You just want the chart.

@curiouskitty @s_cen talking about aesthetics: what if you could prompt your brand guides to get the graphs and dashboards that are also on brand? Cool launch, will pass this to our Marketing brain to test out

@davidkaufmann Spot on! 🎯 You identified one of our most requested features. Marketers can't put generic-colored charts into a pitch deck, so we made Brand Compliance a core priority. You can actually try this right now: check out the 'Nvidia use case' inside the product. You'll see the tables and charts aren't just generic blue—they are auto-generated in that signature Nvidia green/black color palette.
does the AI handle messy naming conventions automatically, or do I need to prep the data columns first?
Huge congrats on the launch! 🚀 Ada looks like a powerful way to turn messy data into clear, actionable reports for busy teams.

@zeiki_yu Appreciate the kind words! 🙏Turning chaos into clarity is what gets us out of bed in the morning. So glad to see that value resonating with you. Thanks for checking us out!"
Really impressed by how quick and effortless ChartGen AI feels. The drag‑and‑drop workflow and instant visualizations are exactly the kind of “finally, someone made this simple” experience I wish more tools offered. As someone in finance who spends way too much time plotting charts manually, this kind of speed is a game changer.
One thing I’m especially curious about is security and privacy. In my industry, data protection is the biggest hurdle when adopting AI tools, even when the functionality is amazing. How are you handling sensitive data, and what safeguards are in place to keep user uploads protected?
Ada.im
@xwang09 Thank you so much! We built ChartGen specifically to solve that manual plotting headache, so hearing this from a finance professional means a lot to us.
Regarding security—we completely understand that in finance, trust is everything. Here is how we handle it:
Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
Data Privacy: We do not use your private uploads to train our public AI models. Your data remains yours.
Retention: You have full control over data retention. Raw files can be set to auto-delete immediately after visualization.

If I use your tool, how do you protect the privacy and security of my data?
Ada.im
@charlenechen_123 Security is built into our core. Besides standard encryption, we operate on a principle of minimal retention. Once our AI generates your visualization, the raw data is not stored permanently. We process it, map it, and hand the results back to you. We don't sell, share, or train our models on your private data.
Love this tool! Thanks. Does it not support exporting to Figma or other apps yet? @s_cen
Ada.im
@isaa22 Thank you so much! Glad you're loving it. 🙌 Direct export to Figma is currently in our roadmap! We know how important that workflow is for designers. For now, we recommend exporting as PNG or SVG (which imports perfectly into Figma with editable vectors). Would love to know: what other apps would you like to see integrations for?
Sounds very interesting! Right now we’re making tables in Google Docs or Excel with data, but they’re not visualized. If I send such a table to your service, will it be able to visualize my existing data? Do you even process files?
Ada.im
@mykyta_semenov_ Glad you asked! Yes, we do. 📂 Just drop your CSV or Excel file into the tool, and we handle the rest. It’s the fastest way to turn those Google Docs tables into presentation-ready visuals. We'd love to see what you create with it!

I’ve been using Ada.im for a while, and seeing it evolve into something like ChartGen is genuinely impressive. You can tell the team understands real data workflows, and this feels like a very natural next step!
Ada.im
@charlene_he1 Thank you for the support, Charlene! 🙌 It’s amazing to have long-time users like you following our journey. We definitely see this as the natural evolution too—moving from text insights to full visual storytelling. Can’t wait to hear what you think of the new features!"
