Like everyone else, I've had a hard time using GA4. The data is there, but navigating the UI is such a pain, especially when I need to drill down to find the source of a particular spike or drop. We designed this tool to analyze based on a date range, drill into the most significant drops or spikes in that range, then present the findings with supporting graphs and links back to real reports in GA4.

What it does

  • Automatically finds spikes and drops and performs queries to determine the root cause.

  • You can chat with the AI for clarification or to ask it to figure out any given question about your GA4 data

  • Integrated with Slack so that you chat with it at anytime. Just mention @Papercrane and it will respond

Cool Tech Stuff!

  • GA4's latest MCP server: I'm excited to give more people the chance to try this. Setting it up by yourself can be difficult, but I've streamlined it so that it should just take a couple clicks to authenticate, then it's off to the races

  • Building Trust: We wanted to make sure that everything that AI reports can be backed up with real data. It's one thing for an AI to chat with you, it's another back it up with verifiable reports. That's why we include links back to GA4 along with inline graphs

  • Slack Integration: I want this AI to feel like a member of the team, you can mention it in slack and it will do the appropriate research and respond back to you

Limitations

  • I added a daily limit based on number of tokens that can be used. Happy to bump it up if you have some special edge case!

  • We're only generating reports weekly to ensure that this product can stay free
