Hey Product Hunt community! We've missed you! We've been heads down, listening to our customers, and now we're excited to bring you Airbook 2.0. You know how data is scattered everywhere—across SaaS tools, databases, and warehouses? It's a real headache keeping it all together. Want to track funnel conversion rates from your website to paid customers? That means pulling data from Google Analytics, Salesforce, Snowflake, Stripe, and more. The old way? Messy pipelines, writing tons of queries, exporting CSVs, and juggling multiple dashboards. But here’s the good news: Airbook is here to change all that. Think of it like Notion, but for analytics. With Airbook, you can connect to 150+ data sources with just a few clicks. Data experts can dive into SQL to query any source directly and link different queries together. Business teams can build charts with easy no-code options. Need dashboards from your workbooks? Just one click. Business and Data- under one roof. Simple and collaborative! We’re offering a 14-day free trial, and we’d love your thoughts on it. Your feedback means the world to us! Give it a try and let us know what you think! @hoshang_m Congrats on the launch! Wishing you and your team an exciting journey ahead. What inspired you to create this?
Hoshang Mehta
@kjosephabraham Thanks for this question! Airbook was born out of a problem we faced while working with data in multiple startups. Decision-making with data is a collaborative process, but the tools we've traditionally used were not built for it. We needed a tool that was powerful yet simple and collaborative enough for everyone to use. So, we created Airbook to make data accessible and easy for all teams.

@hoshang_m Congratulations on the launch of Airbook 2.0! Looks amazing! The ability to connect over 150 data sources and make analytics simple and collaborative is a big leap forward. Great work and best of luck!

Congratulations on your launch! I didn't get why think Notion in your case. Because of great UX and simplicity in use?
Hoshang Mehta
@anastasiia_stepko Thanks for this question. Yes, you're right! Often our customers describe Airbook as 'Notion-like, with all the powers of BI.' Airbook's form factor is like Notion—simple, flexible, and notebook-like. We want it to be easy for both technical and non-technical team members to work with data, so we've made sure the experience is simple.

Tagline is so intriguing, excited to try it out!

@manan_gupta19 Thank you! Any specific reports you're looking to build on Airbook?

💡 Bright idea
@hoshang_m I feel I'd love to start with my product usage usecases and then combine that data with my revenue data to sort of build a customer 360. Do you think that'd be possible? Also to put it in analogy, I understand it's notion for analytics but what are the benefits of it being a notion-like tool? What's the philosophy there?
Hoshang Mehta
@manan_gupta19 Absolutely! Airbook is perfect for that. Infact, one of the top use-cases our customers use Airbook for is to build such customer 360 reports. If you're using Amplitude/MixPanel or a database to store your product usage data, you can easily join it across your customer revenue data on your CRM (e.g. HubSpot/SFDC) It's designed to make such cross-functional reports possible! Please let me know if you need any help with setting this up.

Airbook 2.0 looks promising! How does it handle real-time data synchronization across multiple sources?
Hoshang Mehta
@memphys_sk Airbook handles data syncs with flexible schedulers. You can set data refresh intervals to every 24 hours, 6 hours, or even more frequently, ensuring your data stays up-to-date across all sources. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Yafei Lee
Congratulations on your launch! Can it get real-time data from multiple data sources?
Hoshang Mehta
@yafei Connections to databases and warehouses are near real-time. For business apps, we’ve built flexible schedulers that you can control to keep your data up-to-date.

Looks pretty rad! How do the templates adapt to different data setups? For instance, an ecommerce checkout funnel could have all sorts of different events and event names depending on the platform and customizations, etc... Either way, it looks like a very cool cool if you're handling multiple data sources. Congrats on the launch!
Hoshang Mehta
@anthony_latona Thanks for this question, Anthony! You're right, the templates currently available are more of a guiding hand purpose built for common data sources. The nature of analysis as well of data sources can be very nuanced but these templates are built with an aim to provide a good starting point for anyone wanting to extend their usecases from here.
Anthony Latona
@hoshang_m Excellent!

It's a really cool product, love the aesthetics and the visual representation of the outputs. It'll hit right at home with any SQL user, but it still could be a little daunting for people with basic/no data analysis background but want to be data-driven ( founders/marketers, etc, who would benefit from the ease of access the product brings) Do you plan to add a conversational AI later, where people can add the data, explain in text what they want, and it generates the desired results? Or are you planning any other features around this?
Hoshang Mehta
@kshitij11 Thanks for the feedback! We're definitely adding more no-code and AI interfaces to help non-technical teams interact with insights easily. Few things in the pipeline include- 1. Adding an AI interface where you could ask a question like 'Using Google Analytics and HubSpot, what are my visitor to leads conversion rates' 2. Smart Chart builder - where users will be able to join across sources and create charts without any SQL queries. 3. Spreadsheet views- where users will be able to do ad-hoc calculations, vlookups etc in a spreadsheet view of the dataframes. Our goal is to make Airbook one place where business and data teams can operate together without having to ever break the flow. I'd love to get in touch with you as we develop these features and launch them soon!
Kshitij
@hoshang_m love it, excited for the updates ahead. Congrats on the launch :)
