Hey Product Hunt We built Aivelle because we kept seeing the same problem in small teams: even when teams already use chat, calendars, docs, and checklists, important things still get lost after meetings. Schedules change, next steps become unclear, reminders happen too late, and someone usually ends up manually holding everything together. That’s what pushed us to build Aivelle as a schedule-first AI workspace for small teams. The AI acts more like a proactive scheduling assistant — helping keep schedules, meetings, next steps, and shared checklists connected, while surfacing reminders and follow-ups before things slip through the cracks. One thing that became clearer while building this is that we don’t want Aivelle to feel like a black-box “AI replaces the coordinator” product. The goal is to reduce the manual chasing and coordination burden, not take away control from the person already keeping the team organized. We’re still early, and I’d especially love feedback on a few things: Does the core problem feel real and painful enough? Is the value proposition clear?
