AI Reddit Engagement Tool - Reddit monitoring and comment drafting for brands
by•
Reddit Engage continuously finds relevant Reddit discussions for your brand, scores each post by relevance and commercial intent, classifies the opportunity type, and generates three brand-safe reply drafts you review before posting. It supports multi-client campaign workflows for agencies, competitor mention monitoring, email alerts for high-priority threads, and comment generation in 25 languages.

Is there a way to exclude specific subreddits or users from ever being contacted?
@cindy_lin5
Yes.
You can control where your campaigns look for opportunities. When setting up a campaign, you can define which subreddits to include, and you can also exclude specific subreddits if you want to avoid certain communities entirely.
Since nothing is auto-posted, you also have full discretion at the post level. If a specific user, thread, or subreddit does not align with your brand, you simply do not engage.
The system is built to surface opportunities, not force activity. You stay in control of where and how your brand participates.
Do I need to know how to code to set up the keyword triggers, or is it all plug and play?
@kun_yang6 No coding needed at all.
Setting up keyword triggers is fully plug and play. You enter your brand name, product terms, competitors, or specific topics you care about, and the system handles the rest.
The discovery engine continuously scans Reddit based on those inputs, scores the opportunities, and surfaces the highest signal threads in your dashboard.
If you can type your keywords, you can set it up.
Is there a mobile app, or do I have to be at my desktop to manage the engagement?
@starling_ortiz Right now Reddit Engage is managed through the Akii web dashboard.
It’s fully responsive, so you can log in from your phone or tablet and review posts, edit drafts, and manage campaigns without being at your desktop.
There is no separate mobile app yet. Most users prefer desktop when they are doing deeper review or editing, but quick checks and approvals work perfectly on mobile.
