As for your scenario, yes, it's doable. Albato allows running automations on schedule, so you can have them firing only on weekends. Moreover, you can use OpenAI capabilities to autogenerate support responses. Still, of course, this logic has to be thoroughly tested to make sure the responses are of high-quality and human-friendly. Feel free to DM me if you want to go into greater detail about this.
