Most start up teams focus on their business idea from the get-go. However, while their ideas will change, they as people won’t so easily. Presuming they know themselves and each other, which they generally don’t. Teams need a balanced mix of skills, hard and soft. However, lack of alignment is a key cause of failure. These challenges are greatly compounded for new virtual and hybrid teams, often cross functional, - cultural, and – generational. We offer incubators/accelerators an online experiential learning platform that empowers start up teams to quickly and easily assess member fit and strengths/skills gaps as well as how to move forward effectively. My prediction for 2022, is more of the same exponentially. Happy Thanksgiving.
