I truly appreciate the innovation behind Amie. The way it streamlines meeting notes and integrates with other platforms is inspiring. Kudos to the team for pushing the boundaries!

It sounds like a useful product. How does it differ from otter.ai?

petty cool that there's no bot in the meeting and I like the follow up email feature, saves quite some time!

As someone who spends half their day in meetings, Amie has been a complete productivity game-changer. Been using it since its launch, and it's transformed how I handle meeting follow-ups and action items.

The AI notetaking is incredibly sophisticated. In yesterday's product strategy meeting, it not only captured the key points but automatically categorized action items, identified decision points, and even flagged potential conflicts with existing project timelines. The summary it generated was so spot-on that our team lead used it directly for the weekly update.

What really impresses me is how it handles workflow automation. After a client meeting this morning, it automatically created follow-up tasks in our project management system, drafted follow-up emails with context from the meeting, and even suggested calendar slots for the next check-in based on discussed deadlines.

Pro tip: Use their "meeting templates" feature for recurring meetings. I've set up different templates for stand-ups, client calls, and strategic sessions. With their current 1-month free offer, you can really test how it fits into your workflow.

For anyone drowning in meeting notes and follow-ups, this is essential. Their 4.5/5 rating from 117 users speaks volumes about its reliability. Would love to hear how others are using the workflow automation features - I feel like I'm just scratching the surface of what's possible.

This is one of those “finally, someone nailed it” moments.

The fact that Amie handles meeting summaries without needing a bot in the room is such a huge win — it keeps the flow human while automating the boring bits. Add in smart follow-ups, todos, email drafts in your tone, and cross-platform support… this isn’t just another AI note-taker, it’s a proper personal assistant.

You can tell this has gone through real-world iteration — it feels polished and purpose-built. Huge respect for sticking through the long grind to ship something people actually want to keep using every day.

Super well done to the team. Rooting for this to become the default for busy teams and solo operators alike

I opened an account / went through the payment process / and realised in the integrations that Zoom seems to prevent this integration with Amie in the EU. I wonder if this is something that is linked to me hosting my Zoom meetings on their EU server and GDPR policies; or it's more a case of waiting for Amie to be approved as an integration by Zoom.
The app looks fantastic, I'd love to use it.
