AND.CO - Invoicing, Expenses, Time Tracking, Contracts & Payments

There are other services, but they seem to either not offer what is needed or be bloated and hard to keep up with. and.co seems to hit right in the middle with having what is needed while not having a lot of unnecessary "tools"

I would just recommend it is great.

Pros:

Great customer support, free, Great ui/ux. Constantly improving and amazing invocing.

Cons:

Nothing just a great product.

I use AND CO and can vouch for how easy it is to use. It's as simple as linking a Stripe and PayPal account -- then you're ready to accept payments with the lowest fees I've seen from any invoicing software (AND CO are taking 0%, but Stripe and PayPal is where fees come in).

And.co is a game changer. I remember when freelancers only had excel spreadsheets, quick-books and going was tough. Then came the days of expensive desktop project management software that only did a few things and none of them well. Then the SAAS with it's monthly reoccurring fees that were only one more expense to already difficult careers. I've been freelancing for over 10 years and I'm past the paying dues phase, but when I stumbled across And.co migrating from an invoicing software that started to get too complicated with it's fee structure... And.co seemed to good to be true. Within it's workflow, is actually many years of difficult freelancing lessons done for you. For example the proper order of engagement, proposal, to contract, to project creation. The proposal is solid, covers all of your bases from ownership to how payment is rendered. The contract is airtight, written by one of the top freelancing associations, and even has the option to opt for a deposit to start the project. Then we go to the project itself, Time tracking,, expenses, invoices all handled within each customers project. There is even task management built in, compatible with what ever GTD system that you prefer. The software in its entirety should the gold standard that this kind of application should be judged by. Smooth UI, clean coding, fast load times, mobile app that just works. And last but definitely not least... within a couple minutes of clicking the "help" button, is live support almost 24/7 waiting to help with any question you have concerning the software and how to improve your already amazing experience. I've seen lesser software go for $99/month. And.co is actually worth that, and the fact that it's $0/month is absolutely unbelievable. It's scary actually. How can they continue in this way...? Do yourself a favor... build your business around And.co...

I've tried most of the similar products/services out there, and never found one that really satisfied my needs, which has motivated me to start developing my own tool just for personal use.

But then I found this product, and.... wow. How on earth did it took so long to hear about it. This is a great product, period. The fact that it's completely free is astonishing.

Pros:

Lots of features, mobile apps, good UI, it's free

Cons:

After using it for a few days, no cons at all

I love AND CO. And I love the people there. And I'm pretty sure they love me, too. I thought it would be very limited in features because it's free, but it's not. At all. And I love using it as much as I loved using paid alternatives. Enough butt kissing. :D

What more can I say? I enjoy working with it. I also like the emails when you leave a timer running

Free! Easy to use. No clutter in the UI. Shoebox is awesome.

Can't create timesheets for my manager to sign

I have no idea how I only came across this product now when I actually upvoted it when it first launched on Product Hunt. It's brilliant! Best solution I've found so far.

I use AND CO (app.and.co), and it does invoicing, time tracking, client/contact management, project tracking, subscriptions, proposals, contracts, and income/expense tracking. I highly recommend it.

It keeps impressing me every single day. And the support team is definitely the best one I've ever seen, so helpful and friendly at the same time

Pros:

Everything I've ever needed (and so much more!) in one place. This app doeoes everything a freelancer needs, and yet it's very easy to use.

Cons:

None really. I have come across some tiny harmless bugs (very few, for such a complex app), but most of them have been fixed by now.
