Most meeting platforms are either bloated… or too basic. There’s no middle ground.
If you’ve used tools like Zoom or others for anything beyond a simple call, you’ve probably felt this.
You either get:
a heavy interface with way too many settings, menus, and things you don’t need
or a minimal tool that breaks the moment you try to run a webinar or something slightly more advanced
It turns something as simple as “start a meeting” into a small project.
We’ve been building AonMeetings because of this exact problem.
The idea was simple: instead of adding more features, we focused on removing friction.
No separating webinars into expensive add-ons.
No UI that feels like you need onboarding just to host a call.
No overthinking basic workflows.
Just something that works whether it’s a quick team call or a larger session.
Still early, and we’re launching soon on Product Hunt, but I’m genuinely curious:
What’s the one thing your current meeting tool makes unnecessarily hard?
