In large construction projects, delays and disputes are extremely common. Analyzing schedules, documents, and responsibilities can take weeks or even months of manual work from consultants and legal experts. I started building APTCI to explore how AI could help analyze project timelines, identify delays, and extract structured insights from complex project documentation.
