@alisha_v Alisha, one of the key things in Fusion is that documentation and API testing is happening, literally, on the same "Fusion Document" - so you test your API with any updated fields or attributes these changes can be broadcast in real time to all the consumers of this document. So, the main reason that documentation is out of date is that the stakeholders are not all aligned with each other. This is what we solve with Fusion Documents.
