Found this plugin in Atlassian marketplace. It implements closely story mapping concept and works in Jira. Very convenient for us to manage backlog and plan development work since we are managing all our tasks in Jira
The per user pricing is extremely unfortunate. There are over 200 people on my jira account but only 12 would use this. I cannot justify paying for 200 people when it's really only for 12.

@mickc79 I think that's why the price is cheap only 1$/user for 200 users instance and 0.6$/user for 500 users instance. If it charges by number of users who actually use the tool the price per user would be much higher.
This is always a problem with JIRA and not exactly developers creating these awesome extensions. I would've definitely used this, but as always, I can't justify using this within a 400 user in my JIRA account.
