I've watched several folks in my family go through the process of building a custom home and it is a TON of work spread over many years. Excited to see how building one's dream home can be made less soul crushing :)
Nick
@matthew_zehnder We definitely agree - thank you Matt!

Hi, folks! This looks great. Exactly what I would like to use when I buy a house. Seems to take so much administrative hassle out of the equation. What are your expansion plans? Any dates for California or NY yet?
Nick
@mikemahlkow Hey Mike, none at the moment - more focused on emerging cities. Did you have any specific cities you were interested in?

Fantastic product that you got cooking up here! I have went through the flow of picking out land and a floor plan many times and love how intuitive it is to do so. Out of curiosity, what factors are you considering when picking your "emerging" cities?
