I've been listening to content on Audius for the last couple days and I've been absolutely blown away by the quality of the UI and the content catalogue. The Audius team has clearly put in a ton of effort into the product over the last year!! Quick question - when does the mobile application get released??

the Team behind Audius is all the time on discord giving attention to what we say, talking to us, trying to solve our specific problems and this is truly wonderful. For me it's the most important thing.

This looks dope! Quick question @roneilr, is the heavy focus on EDM artists a choice or did this happen by chance? As a musician it immediately makes my feel like my music (Hip Hop) would be out of place on the platform. The recommendation options during the sign-up process reinforce this even more. Is there a plan to balance this out?

@roneilr @alexanderspoor I feel the same way. I don't listen to EDM, I predominantly listen to hip hop like you, so the recommendation choices were pretty irritating to me. Hopefully they fix this.

Very intriguing product! What is the situation for 3rd party bootlegs/mashups? Soundcloud takes them down as a DMCA violation.

Really liking the look of the ui but my feed doesn't seem to be loading. Also, during sign up, I signed in using twiter but it didn't pre pop my display name or profile picture like it said it would.

Ah it has loaded now after a couple of minutes. Seems to be working flawlessly now. Very impressed with the audio quality and ui. Really hope this takes off. I'd love to know more about the tech behind this and how it works.

Seems that after listening to a set for maybe 20 minutes, the track is pausing and I can't make it play again without refreshing and skipping in to where I was before.

I sign up, when i try login it doesn't take me to my profile? and it shows sign up?

Interesting but every time I try to upload music, I get a "Whoops.... something has gone wrong" (very nonspecific error) and I have to restart the entire process from scratch. I tried more than once, it is a little difficult to keep entering the song meta then have to do it over.
