What complex task do you repeat every day that still hasn’t been automated properly?

by

I’m not talking about simple reminders or moving one row between apps.

I mean the messy workflows that involve several steps: checking information, making a decision, updating another tool, asking for approval, sending a message, and making sure nothing was missed.

Have you ever tried automating one of these workflows with AI agents or traditional automation tools?

If yes, where did it become difficult: connecting the apps, keeping context, handling exceptions, avoiding duplicate actions, or knowing when the agent should stop and ask you?

Share the workflow and the part that keeps breaking. I’ll help you think through a practical way to automate it more reliably.

For me it’s distribution and partnership outreach.

Every day I have to:
• monitor new x402, MCP, and AI agent ecosystems
• decide which opportunities are worth pursuing
• identify the right people to contact
• personalize outreach across LinkedIn, X, email, and communities
• track who responded, follow up at the right time, and avoid duplicate outreach
• measure which channels actually drive users versus just impressions

The hardest part isn’t connecting the tools, it’s maintaining context and judgment across dozens of conversations while knowing when the agent should act versus ask for approval. Current automation tools are good at individual steps but not at owning the end-to-end workflow.

Kevin, I hope you're doing well. Thank you for your valuable feedback, and I completely agree with you. That's why we founded Awish as a conversational automation platform. By speaking, you can improve your automation and ensure more accurate progress in the next step. Connecting applications might be easy for you, but it's quite time-consuming for someone who doesn't know anything about API keys, Ouths, etc. With Awish, you can easily connect your applications with a single click.

I would be very happy if you could try it out when you have time and share your experiences with me.
