I was thinking a lot about AirPods but now I guess I found a good replacement for it

so funny all the buzz around bluetooth earbuds now that Apple's in the game. I (and lots of people) have been using bluetooth earbuds for a good while now, and yes they are a game-changer, but it's definitely not a "new" category. also lmao that people are like "oh these are like next level AirPods...they're connected!" Apple just christopher columbus'ed this category, which already existed. Shout out to JayBird and J-Lab.

I'm sure it's a very fine product, but $150? Come on, I got SkullCandy Wireless for the third of this price, and I absolutely love them. The only thing they don't have is magnets, but I kinda don't see the point of these. As for the rest - I use them for cycling and during my training; I even do handstands in them - they stay around my neck in 90% of the time. They have a mic, and they last after a full charge (USB) like forever. Definitely longer than 8 hours. The sound quality is great. If BeatsX really had NO wires whatsoever, only earbuds - THAT's what I would have paid for over a hundred and even more, but not for yet another wireless earphones with wires, sorry.
I've had these for about 2 weeks, way better than the Jaybirds I previously used, in terms of quality of connection. Perfect for working out and don't slip or move around. The seamless connection to my macbook, my phone and tablet it as nice touch, and makes switching devices really easy. In terms of sound quality, they are decent. Good bass and highs, the mid tones are not the strongest. I would still recommend them (but they are a bit of an investment)
