So this new AI tool's supposed to handle phone operations but honestly, it sounds like something that could create more confusion rather than solve problems, I mean, do we really need more automation in customer service? Hope you guys have a solid fallback plan if it begins to mess up conversations, best of luck though

So, you guys got 22 million dollars in funding for automating phone operations, that's quite a feat, but has anyone really thought about how reliable it's gonna be in real-world scenarios, especially with diverse accents and dialects, curious to know how the new 'Conversational Pathways' will handle that, and will there be room for customization or tweaking by us, the users

Wow very ambitious project but doesn't this just sound like companies replacing real human interaction with robots I hope you guys put in the work to make sure it's not just another soulless automation tool startups should avoid falling into that trap, just my two cents
