There are 3 built-in breathing patterns. They're equal breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, and box breathing. Even more, you can customize the pattern if you like.
So it's basically copying the Breathe app from Apple Watch (and adding some more settings as well), right?
I've got to admit that I like the UI though :)

There could be more patterns as well, instead of just the flower pattern. You can do a lot with fractals, and so that should be explored.
Pros:
Pretty cool fractals ... very calming and easy to follow for inhaling and exhaling.
Cons:
There could be sounds added to make the effect even more calming. It is a bit too quiet.

What programming framework did you use for this app?

Nice but I don't want to keep looking at the screen. You can use vibration pattern for inhale, hold and exhale.
