User Feedback is the single most important source of truth to get to Product-Market fit, yet talking to users is really hard. We aim to Bridge the communication gap between users and creators with easy to launch beautiful forms inside your website or app.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m one of the co-founders of Bridge. Bridge is actually the result of our learnings building other companies (Masterspace, Layer, Techmart) some of them did well and some less. We all know that the secret to “build something people want” (Trademark-YC) is to talk to users. But how?! We’ve tried everything and conversions are terrible. 📧 Email? They are getting spammed all day 📞 Cold-calling? They HATE getting interrupted in their day 📆 Meetings? It’s too time consuming for them So at Layer we built a feedback form, for our users to effortlessly tell us what’s on their mind: feedback, bugs, questions, … and it worked 🤷‍♂️ We heard from them, iterated, and finally built something people loved 🫶 We decided to spin this off into an SDK and enable other creators to effortlessly hear from their users; Bridge: Users ^ Creators - Got it? ;) The feedback form is the first piece of the puzzle. We want to hear from you what would you like to see next: Other forms and Surveys? AI analysis? Let’s hear what you guys want, before building anything else 🧏 It took us 3 years and 4 companies to finally learn that 😅

Congrats on the launch! This looks amazing and REALLY simple to get started. Just curious, have you thought about implementing a feature voting functionality?

@kurtisdane Yes we might need to. We could then allow our users to vote on a 'feature voting functionality'. Will put it down on our busy roadmap, thanks for the suggestion @kurtisdane!

@tarekabi Nice! I recently was looking for something to implement feature voting on my site with a simple embed, but couldn't find anything that felt right. The formats that Bridge supports for feedback now look incredibly useful and tbh probably make more sense to implement _before_ feature voting.

@kurtisdane thank you so much for the support Kurtis. You’re right we actually built the bridge because we couldn’t find any feedback forms that felt right. There are so many other points that we could build like feature voting but also templates of beautiful forms and surveys that are created by us and the community. @r_martirosyan thanks Roman yes it’s a great question. I believe that there are two problems in this task. One is gathering the feedback and the second one is making sense of it and trying to act on it. Although we did it pretty manly were now gonna work on the AI and on the feedback so that we could help you digest it and act on it.

Upvoted! Bridge seems like a practical tool for opening up communication lines with users. I'm all for keeping things straightforward when it comes to feedback and queries. The dashboard approach could definitely make the back-and-forth much smoother. I do have one burning question, though: when feedback starts pouring in, does Bridge have a way to help us find the most urgent issues amidst all the noise? Eager to see how that works so the team can tackle things efficiently! 👍
