@tom_currier Really cool idea. I did this a lot in Vietnam (on obviously much more uncomfortable/cramped sleeper buses). I honestly think this could work really well in Canada. In Canada there are a few airlines that monopolize the market so it makes flying really expensive in general. I think legs that would work really well as a test are the 7-8 hour Toronto-Montreal buses or the Toronto-NYC buses (10+ hrs). The Toronto-NYC is particularly painful, definitely more expensive to fly. If I were to see this option for that kind of trip, I'd definitely be super inclined (as I'm sure many other Torontonians would)
