Hey Product Hunt — Rohit here, maker of Calerto.

I built Calerto because ordinary calendar notifications are surprisingly easy to miss when you are deep in work, in Focus mode, or moving between apps.

Calerto for Mac gives important meetings a much harder-to-miss moment:

• Connect Apple Calendar and Google Calendar

• Choose which calendars appear

• Set alerts 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes — or a custom time — before a meeting

• Get a full-screen alert, including during Do Not Disturb / Focus

• Join the meeting directly from the alert

• Keep your schedule on your device

The goal is intentionally simple: help you stay focused without accidentally missing the meeting that matters.

 yeah i was also missing meetings. I use this app and pair with calerto ios app. I never miss any meeting now.

 Yeah, that makes sense! Having it on both Mac and iPhone sounds like a good way to avoid missing meetings. I’ll give it a try.

- I like the look of this, and will be testing - I also like the lifetime option, does this also include all platforms for one payment?

 Thanks i put lot of effort on UI. Of course claude build. yes this for all the platforms. You can use app on iOS and Mac with same subscription.

Very helpful tool, thanks for creating it! Does it support any calendar connected to the Apple calendar or specifically iCloud ones? I've migrated to NextCloud that I connect to my Apple calendar.

 yes any calendar connected to apple calendar shows there. You can enable and disable the calendar’s in app.

The full screen alert is the part I would worry about while screen sharing, since it takes over the display in front of whoever is watching. Does it hold back when a share is running?
