Calm Noise started from a very simple frustration: most noise apps try to do too much.
I wanted a noise tool that didn’t ask for an account, didn’t show ads, didn’t upsell, and didn’t turn “calm” into another dashboard to manage. Just something you can open, press once, and let it fade into the background.
While building it, an interesting question came up: how much UI is actually helpful?
That led to two versions of the app:
• a Clean UI that’s clean and simple
• a Control UI that let's you easily create the noise that's perfect to you
Both do the same thing under the hood — gentle, carefully balanced noise for sleep, focus, or masking speech — but the interaction philosophy is different.
We’d genuinely love feedback on:
