Love this app as my main inbox and organizing system for my home and work life. Streamlined interface. Developers are always working hard behind the scenes to keep adding and updating Capacities. Great stuff!

Em poucos dias o Capacities web e agora mobile revolucionou minha produtividade. Eu já havia deixado o Notion há algum tempo e permaneço ainda com o Obsidian, mas depois do lançamento do App para Android não restam dúvidas, o Capacities é fantástico.

Congrats on the launch! I’ve been using Capacities for a while now and it is constantly being improved. A great competition to Tana and a great alternative for many of notion’s PKM use cases and more.

I love Capacities. I joined as an "Early Believer" and never regretted it. The new capacities mobile app has come a long way from the betas. It has become really useful and helpful on the phone.

Impressive app from conceptual design (standard objects and ability to create new objects as well as change object types) and execution (very easy to input information, integration with messaging services, output to tasks etc.) I hope you find a minimal feature set for mobile app that keeps it as fast as current iteration. Keep up the excellent work!

I absolutely love Capacities!! I became an early believer because I recognized the brilliance in this app from the first day I started using it. The three pillars of (1) connected notes based on (2)objects and (3)time make for a beautiful note taking experience that lends itself to being well organized with less effort than other apps. This built in structure allows you to find the notes you need quickly and easily and in multiple ways. Not having to worry about a folder structure is such a refreshing approach and it makes me much more productive. Did I mention the app is beautiful?!?! The mobile app follows in the exact same mold. Well designed, beautiful productivity on the go. Get this app today! You won't regret it!

Seems like Notion+Obsidian synced with calendar. I mean…from what I see that could probably really help to get control over work-life balance if used frequently which basically requires more easy-habit-stitching to daily routine. I like it, gonna try it for sure.

I recently retired, so I'm late to the organized PKM game, but Capacities has been a delight for me. It's my second brain application that helped me jump from collecting dots to connecting dots. The combination of room for lots of visuals, linking and tagging has been the secret sauce for me. It's friendly and welcoming.
