Biggest mistake we made early on in building Dive Chat was not looking at analytics frequently enough. Cardinal ensures metrics are at the center of every product decision. Metrics-focused building will ensure you iterate quickly, grow your team's overall accuracy on product, and - most importantly - rapidly improve the end user experience of your platform.
