Centurion Modern Security launch day!

Centurion Modern Security is officially launching today on Product Hunt. After months of development, testing, and fine-tuning, I'm excited to bring a new generation of protective tools to everyday users.

Centurion is a local-first, real-time security app built to give individuals powerful defenses, without opaque alerts, and without needing to be a tech expert. Centurion watches the unseen: network calls, process behavior, system events, and acts based on behavior, not signatures.

Just one week ago, we rolled out two major features:

Adult content detection

Centurion can now evaluate domains in real time using Cloudflare’s threat intelligence to flag adult or malicious content before it even loads.

Active process management with VirusTotal integration + real force kill

You can inspect running processes directly, with detailed info. Check them via VirusTotal, and force-terminate suspicious ones (for real). No lingering processes, no guessing.

These features pushed us to a new level of protection, and it’s thrilling to bring them to you from day one.

• You get behavioral-driven alerts, not generic warnings.

• You stay in control: processes can be whitelisted or blocked with one click.

• Privacy is central: most processing is local, and data sent for AI evaluation is end-to-end encrypted and never stored or linked to user.

From automatic behavior detection to verified process termination, Centurion is designed to catch the attacks that slip past traditional tools.
