@sentry_co Hi Andre, thanks for asking! Now you can now upload your files to ChatDOC, and rest easy knowing your data's privacy is our top priority. Your documents are encrypted while stored and during transfer, tucked safely in the hands of our trusted data storage provider. We're also considering a private mode in the next few versions, where your files will not be stored.

So could this, for example, allow me to upload SOPs and then ask it questions about the SOPs and get an answer to my question about procedure? And for anything not included in those SOPs it’ll redirect you to either a manager or QC/QA? I’m asking because I might need this soon

@gyggle Hi Brandon, thanks for asking. Now you can upload your SOPs, and then simply ask ChatDOC questions about your procedures. It will swiftly provide you with the specific answers drawn directly from your documents. For inquiries not covered in the SOPs, you would need to include a directive in your documents, something along the lines of, 'For questions outside the scope of this document, please contact [manager/QC/QA] at xxx@xxx.com.' This way, ChatDOC will recognize the procedure and prompt users to reach out to the specified contact when they ask about topics not included in the SOPs.
