@paul_irish or @hdjirdeh What's the main differentiation between what web.dev offers, and what's available via the 'Audits' tab in Chrome's console (>v.60)? They both use the same version of Lighthouse, right?

I would say that it is good, but so far, it doesn't bring anything more than the lighthouse analyse available in the dev tools provided by Google Chome. I'm waiting so see more features implemented as it is only a first beta version.

Still quite buggy but looking forward to using this once it is ready and out of beta. Currently the issue with HTTP/2 makes it not so great for use on any of the sites on my server.

LIGHTHOUSE browser integration is now looking nice and easily accessible over web.dev. A single stop indicator to draw better ideas to improve overall site score indeed.

Have patience try twice if it shows some error or open your website, go to inspect element setting and from there click on audit tab, both are same, thereafter you can check over to this website, which has beautiful UI/UX.

Pros:

Provides best metrics and areas to improve your website to take you a light year ahead.

Cons:

It shows some error if you analyse your website first time.
