Claimory Collision Shop Operating System - All in one claims & shop management OS

Collision repair shops still run on buried emails, spreadsheets, and scattered systems. I know because I run one. So I built Claimory , the operating system for modern collision repair. It centralizes claims, insurance communication, supplements, production tracking, and team workflows into one unified platform. Built inside a real shop to eliminate claim chaos, prevent missed revenue, improve accountability, and give owners real time operational visibility with simplicity at mind.

Claims & Shop Management OS
Hey Product Hunt Fam 👋 I’m Artur, founder of Claimory and I also run a collision repair shop in Los Angeles. For years, the hardest part of our business wasn’t fixing cars. It was the chaos around insurance. Buried emails. Missed supplements. Scattered paperwork and sticky notes. Production delays because no one had full visibility into where claims actually stood. We were losing time and money simply because our workflows were broken. So we built Claimory. It started as an internal tool to clean up our own operations. We weren’t trying to launch a product we were just trying to survive the daily chaos inside our shop. Then something interesting happened. Friends in the industry started asking to use it. Other shop owners were dealing with the exact same problems buried inboxes, disconnected systems, hard copies sitting in folders behind desks. We realized this wasn’t just our issue. It was industry wide issue. Shops needed one place where everything lived. Claims, communication, supplements, production tracking, accountability all in one workspace, accessible from anywhere. That’s when we decided to take it seriously. We brought together the right team and rebuilt Claimory for public use. And to this day, we work side by side with the shops using it, refining it based on real world feedback. The goal is simple: build the ultimate all in one operating system for collision repair created by the people who actually run it. If you have experience in SaaS, operations, or automotive, I’d genuinely appreciate your feedback. Thanks for checking it out , it means a lot if you read this far. — Artur
