This is so true Joe. I had the coffee addiction. I used to drink it after around 4 p.m. or 6 p.m. I would drink coffee every two hours even when I'm working in night, I would prefer to have a coffee but it had severely affected my sleep quality. Now I have cut it down; I don't drink it in the afternoons so it's way better but I still drink it in the morning to get that they started, yeah, trying to cut it down too.
