Congrats on the launch Rohan and Austin! Love the thoughtful feature sets, many teams I've worked with in the past seemed to be missing a tool like Clarity.
Curious to hear if there are any assumptions made upon shaping the product to what it is today, that you and the team are hoping to validate as you start to see more users interact with the product?
Congratulations on the launch! I'd love to learn about some of the advantages of using Clarity over something like Gong, and what makes founders in particular different from other folks running sales calls? Looks amazing though!
@rabraham During founder-led sales, each customer call is equally about selling as it is about building. Founders on the call are playing the role of account executive and product manager.
Tools like Gong are built for the sales use case. However, product team needs are supported by the functionality Gong has. This includes things like extracting product insights, tracking requests, roadmapping, and more!
In the early days, most founders don't use Gong. They use either no call recorder, or a generic call recorder.
Clarity provides a better way: purpose-built for founder-led sales juggling both sales and product needs. Then, as you grow, Clarity supports your sales team needs and product team needs.
Congrats on the launch @rohan_varma1 and team!! Clarity looks like a game-changer! π
Absolutely love the mom testimonials :D
Would love to know how Clarity works for rest of the founding sales team personas, like founding AEs, Growth Marketers, etc.?
@joyceguo Thanks Joyce!!
Glad you asked about other folks in the org. Aligning across different stakeholders with different needs is actually where Clarity shines.
Our goal is to activate the customer interaction data from calls and other channels for every use case your organization has for it.
- For AEs, this involves tracking action items, doing discovery, tracking requests, and closing the loop.
- For growth marketers, it means finding what customers are saying and finding ways to amplify the message
- For product team members, it involves understand the context of what customers want
- For customer support, it involves being able to stay on top of every request and ensure the best customer experience
We're excited to service all of these different use cases within orgs as we grow with our customers!
@austin_piel1 Congrats on the launch and impressed by the sleek landing page!
Quick Q - does the customer also need to have Clarity to join the meeting?
Congratulations on the launch! I think I used your tool once before but it was in the early stages of development. I'll be happy to go back and check it out again :D

Congratulations to the whole team on the launch! I'm curious about the "call highlights" feature -- in Clarity's view, what are the most important parts of a call? On a related note: I'm curious if there are plans for Clarity to provide what Abridge calls "provenance tracking" for automatically extracted feedback. If Clarity is telling me that a customer requested feature A, will I be able to jump to the location in the call or transcript where that request occurred?
Congratulations again!
