Sounds like a personal trainer, but without the hassle & money spent. Sure, I could go online and do it myself, but I don't have the time to constantly look up new workouts. This will be a lifesaver for me.

Pros:
This is a great idea, I appreciate variety in my workouts. As someone on the go, this would be super helpful.
Cons:
I can't see any -- worst case, I skip a workout and can bring it out on a rainy day!
