I've been a customer for 1 year or so and I can assure that Clearout works flawlessly. I use it mostly via API. I want to share that their support is outstanding. Once I had a problem on MY code and since it was not clear enough where the problem was they helped me for about an hour until they found it was a SSL incompatibility on the outdated library I was using to call their API (an error in the ssl handshaking process on my end).

We've been very happy with Clearout's API and easy integration into our forms. Their pre-paid, pay-as-you-go pricing is fair and much more cost-efficient than monthly subscriptions, which seem to be most common in the industry. There was a substantial savings switching to Clearout from BriteVerify, our previous source and more features. I haven't needed any support in the 1.5 years I've been using Clearout, but I feel like it's good and right there if I need it.
