Clientjoy 2.0 - A CRM that is better than Excel, simpler than Hubspot

👋 Hello my favourite people at PH! Super excited to be here.. Firstly, thank you @kevin for hunting us. A big hug from all of us at Clientjoy for this.. 🤗 Over the past few months, we earned 3 badges from G2, improved the average rating to 4.8/5 on Trustpilot and have been seeing a steady uptick in folks actively using Clientjoy. The reason why that happened is because for this version launch of Clientjoy, we focused on a couple of things: - 🤝 'Active Customer' requirements: Understanding their needs and pain points and fixing them as quickly as possible. - 🏃‍♀️ Prioritising product performance over mindlessly building new features along with fast support, smooth onboarding and simple UX. and - 📈 Consistent weekly All hands where we shared our wins and failures along with impact and numbers with everyone in the team. This brought in the ownership for everyone. With this, I am super proud to bring to you today Clientjoy 2.0. It is sleeker, faster and lighter than ever before. We've improved the design and implemented a lot of new features since our 1.0 launch in 2021. Out of the 73 small and big features we launched, one key thing that I'd love to emphasise on here and now is the Client Portal 🖥️ One of the key pain points our users shared with us was that their Client Communication is broken. After using 5+ tools, they still share updates over emails and have conversations over Whatsapp. And there is no way for them to offer a good client experience. With Client Portal, Freelancers and Agencies can embed 1000+ Apps including Google Data Studio, Figma, Vimeo, Canva, Click up, Airtable - everything and anything under the sun so that all clients have everything they need in one single place and Agencies and Freelancers can stop playing email ping pong with updates. This Client Portal can run on custom domain, supports custom scripts and CSS along with logo and favicon with whitelabelled version. Your clients don't need to know that you are using Clientjoy. It can be our secret 🥸 Putting all this in context with the fact that leads, proposals, contracts, clients, invoices and payments can be managed here as well, it makes Clientjoy 2.0 very powerful. It also comes with email sequences that can power your cold email campaigns and booking engine so you can ditch free meeting tools and consolidate your business. This is super cool - there's so many features in Hubspot that we just never use (and doubt we'll ever need to)... but the very reason we moved to Hubspot was because our spreadsheet CRM wasn't cutting it. This seems like a great middle ground.
