We've removed friction so that it's literally 0-clicks to make your next sales call as soon as you're ready... Close.io now automatically moves sales reps on to the next lead until a call is answered. We had a blast building this and are most excited that our Beta testers report making a big % more calls per day than they could before. We've been BETA testing the Power Dialer with our team of 100+ reps and it has increased velocity of call rates by over ~31% on average. It helps keep them in the mindset of all calls being treated equally and discourages unproductive cherry-picking. Great job @steli @nickpersico @philfreo for a killer product!

We've been using this in the closed beta and fallen more in love with Close.io for our sales team. We've used tons of CRMs and dialers, like Five9. This is the perfect blend.

Pros:

Game changer for call efficiency and seamless contact tracking. Love the fact that we can customize, on the fly with Smartviews, call queues

Cons:

Can't wait for the predictive part. But, this amps up an already powerful CRM

@fathersauther Nope. We've built a more deeply integrated seamless CRM Dialer experience that isn't possible with third party integrators like Tenfold. However there are plenty of ways of keeping some other parts of an existing telephony solution while still using Close.io directly for actual sales rep calls.
