Launching Codirity on Saturday. What it is and what would help.

Codirity goes live here on Saturday, September 26, at 12:01 AM PT. That's 4:01 AM in Córdoba, where I live, so I'll be up answering comments from the first minute.

What it is

The teams I built this for have a backlog of real engineering work and nobody free to do it. Stripe webhook retries, an ops dashboard, an invoice OCR agent, a legacy cron that should be a queue. The work comes in waves, so a full-time hire is hard to justify, and an agency wants a scope call and a change order for every piece of it.

Codirity is a dev team on a flat monthly subscription. You get a Trello board and put everything on it. We take the card on top, ship it, pull the next one. Standard is $3,995/mo and runs one active task at a time. Pro is $6,995/mo and runs two in parallel. Mostly automations, internal tools, AI integrations and migrations, done by senior engineers who lean on AI a lot.

It's all async. No account manager, no change orders. Pause when the queue is empty, cancel whenever. Cancel in the first 7 days and you get 50% back. The first 5 subscriptions keep a founding rate of $2,995/mo for as long as they stay.

I still go back and forth on the word "unlimited". The queue is unlimited. The work runs one card at a time (two on Pro), and that limit is what makes a flat price possible. It's also the part I'm least sure people will accept.
