Oh wow, love the functionality here. Seems great for sales/conversion. Also potentially more fun!

Cool! It is a great tool on these lockdown & telework times in order to provide better customer service nowadays. What is the average internet bandwidth needed per customer?
Yunyu Lin
@williampv The screen sharing sends DOM elements instead of pixels, so it requires very little bandwidth (<~10kb/sec in most cases) unless you request a full screen share. The bitrates dynamically adjust during audio calls, but it should average at ~192kb/s.

Looks interesting, but why on your own website do you use Intercom chat and not Cohere? Am I missing something?
Yunyu Lin
@jasondainter We don't replace Intercom, but rather augment it with calling and remote control!
Jason Dainter
Got it thanks. Maybe should explain that better on the landing page though!

This is fantastic! Now our team can do our demos without having to use so many different support tools :)

This is awesome! I had a similar idea last year, I worked on it for ~3 months but neglected it eventually, after my work place (politely) asked me to. It turned out to be _a lot_ of work, as I was aiming at building a marketplace where site owners, on one hand, and support personnel, on the other, can find each other. Meaning, you can sign up either as a site owner and look for support personnel for your site, or sign up as a support person and look for sites who are seeking one. The reason I went with a marketplace was that I believed most site owners don’t have the people or tools needed to provide high quality support through video chat. You can check it out at https://polychat.io (it’s incomplete)
