So, basically, 1 - yes, it's backed up by coins, that's how we manage risks for you and for us, 2 - we're operating with OTC desks and with a certified Custodian solution; the majority of funds are kept with insured Custodian (coins are secured on multisig wallets), and there is also a relatively smaller operational fund to maintain real time execution, 3 - Saad had answered this before, we don't charge for buying and selling a bundle, we partner with several leading OTC desks to source underlying assets at competitive rates and get commissions for processing trades through them.
