How do you compete with bigger SaaS companies?

When you’re building a small SaaS, competing with established companies can feel difficult

They have bigger teams, more resources, and already have people’s trust

But smaller products can move faster and focus on solving one specific problem really well

I think you don’t always need to build something bigger. Sometimes you just need to make it simpler and better for a specific group of users
