Hi Product Hunters! I’m Bani, and I'm super excited to share Component, the no-code workflow builder for documents, with the world today!
In the past, when dealing with clients and contracts, I often had to request information, fill out a PDF, send out a DocuSign, wait for everyone to sign, download it, upload it back to Google Drive, and finally update “contract signed” in our CRM.
This is manual, tedious, error-prone, and only gets worse as companies get larger. Imagine that you’re a sales rep at a Fortune 1000 that has to get NDAs before demos, and you have to step through that workflow every. single. time. Horrible.
I built Component to solve this class of problems. Component automates and streamlines these end-to-end document workflows, merging many separate steps into one simple beautiful client-facing experience. Component’s no-code workflow builder gives you:
⚙️ A form builder so you can request user information
🔨 Automated PDF-filling from form responses
🖋️ A DocuSign integration for sending out those PDFs for signature
🚀 Automated uploading to Sharepoint and Google Drive when DocuSigns are completed
👥 The ability to assign steps in your workflow to multiple different people
🔗 Integrations with other apps like Airtable, Slack, Notion, Stripe, Hubspot, Clearbit or directly with Webhooks
🎨 Beautiful customization and white-labeling to match your brand
We’ve already saved our pilot partners countless hours of paperwork back-and-forth. We’re now launching more broadly, and I would love to hear your feedback and questions!

@banisingh Hi Bani, that sounds like a great tool! This sounds like it would be incredibly helpful for large companies. How has Component been working out for your pilot partners so far?

@farisa_ottaviano Thank you, Farisa! So far, my biggest lesson has been in the importance of sitting down with pilot parters, mapping out their processes in detail and translating that to workflows. So far, we're saving some of our pilot partners hours per week and others are upcoming for the new year. Really exciting!
