Compound lets everybody invest in residential real estate, even in places where the average home price is beyond reach. Compound's first investment product is designed to give ordinary people access to Manhattan residential real estate since it has performed brilliantly as an investment, yet has always been beyond the reach of most people.

This is a pretty interesting way to easily diversify with low stakes.

Real estate has long been an unapproachable investment category for most people. Not anymore! Good work team :)
