@ivan_abad @buzzusborne yes exactly! Convo picks up names and roles as they’re mentioned in the call and later references them with context (e.g. “Luke — their manager, asked about budget last time”). You can even ask in real time what to say next. The real-time algorithm is still improving, but Convo already detects people, topics, and entities as the conversation flows. We would appreciate it if you give it a try :)
@ivan_abad Honestly? Sometimes I just blank when switching topics fast or when someone brings up a detail from a past call I don’t remember. Real-time context would definitely be a game changer 👀 Congrats on the launch!

A very powerful AI-driven conferencing software! Based on the current progress and historical meetings, it can help you record important discussion nodes, refine the key points of the meeting, and plan the follow-up things you need to do most and your responses. This will significantly improve team efficiency! I would like to know if this can export both the meeting video and the structured records generated by AI to facilitate subsequent recall and review?

@wayne_appgrowing Thanks Wayne! Exporting meeting video isn’t possible yet but structured records via text are already available in the dashboard. We’re also working on making it possible via the text notes that were recorded to ask the AI about anything that’s been said. The goal: review key points and follow-ups after every call.
The concept sounds really interesting. This never freezing thing will help a lot of people in their meeting time for sure.

Congrats on launching! Can it handle multiple languages on calls?
Unfortunate. The app does not work.
It does not open at all after it being installed on Mac (even though it is running in system tray)
No link to help in dashboard, no idea what to do.
The help center does not have links, so the user cannot even check the documentation

Convo seems like a strong contender among real‑time meeting AI assistants. The privacy and compliance front looks good, but I think you can provide more clarity around what data stored locally vs server, how retention / deletion works, and how integrations with CRMs (if used) do not leak sensitive info.
