New Feature: Support Tickets 🎟️
Every customer you create in COZY receives a unique access code to their personal reserved area, where they can view all their active contracts in one place.
Starting today, they can also open and track support tickets directly from this area.
In your COZY dashboard, you’ll notice a new “Support Tickets” section in the sidebar.
From there, you can:
• View all their tickets and updates in real time
• Add messages through an integrated chat
• Upload and view attachments
• Manage ticket status with ease
But that’s not all: COZY is now available as a Progressive Web App (PWA)!
You can install COZY directly on desktop or mobile, enjoy faster access and a native-app experience, all without needing to visit the browser.
Everything is now simpler, faster, and all in one place — that’s COZY.
