Congrats on the launch! This looks like a solid all-in-one solution for creators juggling multiple platforms. I'm curious about the AI thumbnail generation - how does it handle brand consistency across a creator's channel? Does it learn from past thumbnails that performed well, or is it more of a one-off generation tool? Would love to hear how creators are using it in practice.

Jonh Alex

@osakasaul Thanks! and the honest answer is: today it’s closer to a consistency-aware generation tool than a fully self-learning system.

We already help creators keep thumbnails on-brand in two main ways. First, you can feed the system a reference thumbnail or YouTube URL, and it extracts the visual “DNA”, things like palette, layout, text placement, and overall energy then uses that as the style anchor for the new generation. Second, creators can save a default face/reference image, so their identity stays visually consistent across outputs.

We also keep generation history and make it easy to reuse or iterate on past concepts, which is how a lot of creators are using it in practice right now: reference a thumbnail that fits the channel, keep the face/identity consistent, then generate faster variations without starting from scratch.

What it does not do yet is automatically learn from your top-performing thumbnails and optimize future generations from CTR data on its own. That’s a direction we’re interested in, but I wouldn’t describe the current product as a closed-loop “self-learning” thumbnail system yet.

Why did you decide on YT, Twitch and esp Instagram? I think that YT and Twitch are the same category, but whatIG?

Jonh Alex

@busmark_w_nika My focus was solely on YouTubers! But Twitch was easy to integrate, so implementing it was cost-effective!

Regarding Instagram, I noticed that many creators still create pitches in Canvas, and they also struggle with automations, such as sending links, etc., via DMs based on a Reel comment! Today, many want this type of automation, but end up wanting to create it themselves, and there's this Metacritic bureaucracy. I created something simple that only requires one click; just connect two automation nodes and you're done! A good portion of Instagram creators are also on YouTube. Today, in the system, all three options are optional! You connect the one you find best for your pipeline and your daily routine.

Today, our clients can create dedicated pitch pages for companies to hire their services, and the creator can create payment links, etc., without even leaving the system! And the page will always remain updated with real data.

Nika

@jonhvmp But taking into account that many TikTok people create videos (Shorts) and YT shifted to them, isn't there also an option that TikTok will be integrated too?

Jonh Alex

@busmark_w_nika Great question! Although there's no TikTok login option, the system can be adapted to TikTok in terms of daily productivity.

Regarding data, I prefer to use Regarding data, I prefer to use official connections, so since I don't yet have developer access, I'm just waiting to be able to integrate them.

Regarding TikTok, I see more potential in automation, particularly in relation to comments; I believe it has a lot of potential.

💡 Bright idea

Hi, Congrats for the launch.
I wanted to know if this could also help the brands to find out the creator types that they might want to have to collaborate with or help the creator to find the brands that they might reach out to as per their content ?

Jonh Alex

@shubham_arora10 Great question! This possibility is already on the roadmap! It's one of the next steps; currently, companies can contract services, but they don't yet have a login system.

This aspect is also very important; it won't be long, I'm already in the development phase.

Thank you so much for your support ❤️🫂

I'm building a similar (but very different) product so this is interesting to see! I particularly like the idea of an alternative to Manychat, as they have recently raised their prices...more than double actually. Automations like this are immensely powerful. Ill be watching closely, congrats on the launch!

Jonh Alex

@derek_curtis1 Thank you for your support! To be honest, I wasn't even inspired by ManyChat haha, I was thinking of something to also reach the Instagram creator audience, I thought about what they really want, something simple, straight to the point, and easy to connect and start.

Thank you so much for your support and I wish you success with your product!!

Derek Curtis

@jonhvmp You as well. Stay in touch man! Look me up if youre on X

Jonh Alex

@derek_curtis1 OK! I will accompany you, I hope to exchange experiences! You can never have too much knowledge!

Natalia Iankovych

Congratulations on the launch! Can it recognize spam?

Jonh Alex

@natalia_iankovych Thank you! And regarding recognizing spam, are you talking about avoiding being banned for spam? Yes.

If it's spam from users on Instagram, we handle that in the background to avoid denial of service.

The native Instagram notification feed becomes impossible to manage once a reel gets any real traction. I wonder if you are relying on the official Graph API to pull these in real-time or if you had to build a custom scraper. An automated filter that specifically surfaces comments containing questions would make this a total no-brainer.

Jonh Alex

@y_taka Great question. The honest answer is: we’re using the official Instagram/Meta stack, not a custom scraper.

Real-time events come in through Meta webhooks, and we supplement that with Graph API syncs for profile, media, and insights. So under the hood it’s closer to an official event-driven integration than a scraping-based workaround.

That said, I wouldn’t describe the current product as a full replacement for Instagram’s native comment notification feed yet. Right now, the strongest part of the system is automation around incoming comments and DMs, rather than a dedicated high-volume comment triage workspace.

On the “surface comments that contain questions” idea: I agree that would make the product much stronger. Today the filtering is more rule-based than semantic. We can match keywords and run workflow conditions on comment text, but there isn’t a first-class “question detection” layer yet. It’s a very logical next step, though, because the event pipeline is already there.

The problem is real. Comment windows on Instagram are tiny and the algorithm rewards early engagement heavily. Does this work across multiple accounts or is it tied to one?

Jonh Alex

@prashant_1234 Yes! It's excellent for engagement and marketing! Currently, we don't have the option to connect multiple accounts!! But that's a matter of infrastructure; I hope to have the capacity to connect multiple accounts soon!

And thank you so much for your support ❤️

Jiang Nancy

feeding a reference URL to extract visual DNA instead of describing a style from scratch. that's the part I've been doing manually for too long.

Jonh Alex

@jiang_nancy I'm so glad to hear your comment!! It's a sign that I'm on the right track!

During this pipeline process you're working on, is there any annoying part that you still feel is stuck?

Jiang Nancy

@jonhvmp the part that's still stuck is closing the loop. generating thumbnails fast is solved, but knowing which one actually drove clicks — and feeding that back into the next batch — still manual.

Jonh Alex

@jiang_nancy That’s exactly the gap I’m focused on now.

Right now Creator OS already handles the front half well: you can feed a reference URL to extract the visual DNA, generate fast variations, and pull real channel analytics like CTR when YouTube is connected. We also surface top-performing and underperforming videos.

But you’re right: the last step, automatically feeding “what actually won” back into the next batch, is still too manual. That’s the part I’m building toward, because that’s where a thumbnail tool stops being a generator and starts becoming a real optimization system.

Out of curiosity, when you close that loop manually today, what do you trust most: CTR alone, early velocity in the first 24h, or watch time after the click?

Thomas Quarre

Nice work. The problem of missing engagement windows on Instagram is real, especially when you're managing multiple accounts or a team is replying on your behalf. Curious how Creator OS handles the handoff between the creator and a VA or social media manager, does it support multiple users in the same comment queue?

Jonh Alex

@thomas_quarre1 Thank you for your support!

Regarding being an assistant or something similar, it's not a 100% autonomous process like "a DM arrives and the Agent decides to respond." We work with automated triggers for comments on posts, etc., until it reaches the DM! Currently, the user can connect one account, and we manage background queues to ensure none are lost in the process, maximizing the conversion of these comments into customers for the Creator.

Martí Carmona Serrat

Webhook-driven comment handling over scraping is the grown-up choice — every creator tool that went custom-scraper has eventually eaten a ban. Thumbnail-DNA extraction (palette/layout/energy) as style-anchor is the interesting bit; most AI thumbnail tools default to "look like a youtuber" generic. Curious how Creator OS signals when a past thumbnail's DNA is stylistically stale.

Jonh Alex

@mcarmonas true!! using scrape requires certainty that it will be available! otherwise it will drain resources! I'm a dev and I know how scraper works, but I also know when to use it!

with the official API it's easy, everything is already chewed up, the cost is paid for by the quality, while scrapers require dribbles to get around verification problems, etc.! There are many ways today to avoid this, but it still requires a high level of guidance and LLM to navigate intelligently, even so the cost still outweighs using the official one.

about DNA, it's something I've really enjoyed about Creator!! look how it looks!
