At @tldv, we didn't have the chance to try it yet, because we are not in a recruiting phase anymore, but for our next round, we will definitely give it chance, because I can see already a lot of potential here in streamlining our overall process. > The best candidates are hunted, they don’t need to apply for jobs anymore. As a React Native Developer, I got at least 5 job offers/week on LinkedIn... I would say only 10% are interesting because recruiters don't put enough effort into their message. They think grenade fishing will work with seniors and with juniors they just say no without giving feedback to improve their profile. I hope Crew will help them to do their job 🤣
