The product was good in its first version, and all the new stuff added looks pretty cool! Moreover, the team is nice, brillant and very available. This V2 seems like a great improvment, congrats!

We use Crisp at milecatcher.com. Very fast. Affordable. Congrats Baptiste.

Congrats! Competition is always good and no one can argue that your pricing is much simpler than Intercom's! French Tech FTW 😉
@zouhair_majzoub Thanks, Zouhair! Looking forward to what you are working on on your side.

I already use Crisp on my e_commerce site pirsingas.com. And very pleased how it changed interactions with clients. Now we get 3 times more contacts and more than half are converting.
Over all nice but support is writing to me that my problems make them frustrated.
What can I say to that?!
Pros:
Overall nice solution
Cons:

hi guys, i think its important that you read my story on crisp: I WILL NEVER use Crisp, and neither should you. Here's why... they have a very fault product and seem a bit scammy. the founder is @BaptisteJamin. if you question them about it, then they will block you if you ask tech support to fix the bugs. as of February 2020, Baptiste Jamin didnt want to address bugs and a faulty product with me as a user for 2-3 months. its a waste of money and time.
Given their conduct, it is likely i wasnt helped or blocked for asking questions because im a ethnic minority. I contacted support about sound notification problems, push notification problems, and instead of fixing it. he said that youtube and other tech companies experiences bugs… so i should deal with it and he has better things to do than to help me. heres a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/qv6e96

Have been using Crisp live chat now for a while on LiveWorkFit, and these new features seem to make it a much more comprehensive tool. Nice work guys! 👍
