Crisp 3.0 - The all-in-one customer messaging platform, improved.

🎉🎉🎉 Hey everyone! I’m Julien, Lead dev at Crisp. We’ve spent the last year rebuilding Crisp from the ground up. With @baptiste and @valerian, we are thrilled to finally share it with you! Our biggest investment was to fully rewrite the app with Vue.js for faster performances, rework our interfaces and improve our user experience. We put a strong platform foundation in place to help us ship new features faster in the future. We also rebuilt the core workflows of Crisp to make collaborating on shared conversations simpler — emails, SMS texts, social media messages, and more. We made a special work on the Crisp CRM. It has been completely redesigned with segmentation in mind. The Crisp campaign editor has also been rebuilt so you can automate repetitive tasks and take advantage of advanced filters. I have been following Crisp for almost 3 years now and love great it is to use! The team is super talented and build a fantastic product 👏 My experience with Crisp has always been awesome so V3.0 seems to go to the next step. Congrats on launching guys!

Crisp is the definition of a customer focused company. Following the progress they have done over the years, I have to say it's one of the most inspiring company I know. They keep re-inventing themself by rewriting their code every time they feel they need to. One good example is that they have made two versions of their phone app (hybrid using Cordova and then react native) to finally go for native apps because they felt it was the right thing to do for their users.

We've been using Crisp on two websites, for 2 and a half years now, and we're very pleased! The product has continuously evolved, namely with the release of Crisp 3.0. We've grown tenfold and the software definitely has not lagged behind :) Our customers constantly praise our support and I have to say Crisp does have a considerable effect, since it is clean, fast to use and feels human. The support and dev team is also fantastic. They've always helped me and my colleagues quickly. Great Job Crisp! Keep rocking :)

I have used Crisp and Crisp 2.0 for several businesses (from basic to unlimited plan) and this platform is one of my favorite SaaS ! The user experience is excellent, all the features needed are available, and the team is outstanding ! Very excited to try it out and to see the other releases in the future !
