Initially based on OpenAI APIs, MagicReply is coming to life in a new version. We worked hard for months to create a proprietary machine-learning model we could offer to our customers. I've been using this feature for myself at Crisp for the last few weeks, and I must the say work done by @baptistejamin and @valeriansaliou and everyone in the tech team is incredible. The vision is crystal clear, at Crisp, we want AI to empower customer service teams, not replace them with robots. That's why this virtual assistant make tons of sense!
