Crowdcast is the most engaging and easy-to-use live streaming experience on the market. It is a browser-based solution for creating interactive webinars, live Q&As, workshops, and more. A simple platform to engage with attendees, gather data, and so much more!
@passingnotes Yup, you can save the recording and delete the event if you don't want anyone to see the replay.

Like @pjrvs said above, great software "just works". It's advanced enough for power users but intuitive for everyone. I keep finding new uses for Crowdcast.
1-on-1 coaching client calls:
I want my coaching clients to not only get a video recording of our calls, but also all of the links and articles I send during the calls. My process used to be 1. fire up Skype 2. hopefully remember to click record with eCamm call recorder 3. host the call 4. after the call, upload to private YouTube (or send them the .mp4 in Dropbox) 5. all the links are just somewhere in our Skype history
With Crowdcast Pro, I invite my clients to a private Crowdcast. That's it. The platform auto-records the video (no GoogleHangouts delay) and all of the links are in chat.
If I want, I can even prompt clients with topics to discuss during our call using Crowdcast's "Questions" feature, which adds structure to the sessions.
And that's just an edge use case...it also works brilliantly for broadcast webinars. It's simple, well designed and it just works. And the team is responsive to suggestions and changes.
Huge fan.
random q: any plans to integrate q&a with external platforms so that discussions can live on forever without the screen cast? thinking of stuff like discourse.org - though I also understand that questions sync to time stamps in the casts themselves
@passingnotes Not at the moment but that's certainly an intriguing idea. Because the Q&A is integrated with the video we can do some pretty innovative things with timestamping and sharing moments.
What Cy and team have done is such a big step forward for video broadcasting - streaming, webinars, etc. - and this latest version eliminates the few remaining headaches that the team hadn't already solved.
I've been using Crowdcast every week with @victormathieux to host an audience of meditators, and find it to be dead simple and exactly what I need.
