Cushion - Your bank & credit card fees, refunded

Better customer service. I made a mistake and was not able to refund the upfront yearly charge the further overdrafted my account. The overdraft fee review is not immediate, so I’ve just paid and not had anything return and incurred another fee. Ironic and my fault, but we make mistakes and they were not able to refund a service that I technically haven’t used and then worsened my financial situation.

I absolutely love Cushion. Fast support, easy to use, and I got back a couple hundred dollars I never thought I'd see again. My husband convinced me to use Cushion, and although I was a bit skeptical paying up front to *try* and get some of my fees refunded, I did some research and chatted with their support team, who were extremely helpful in easing my nerves. I decided to give it a try, what's the worst that could happen? I signed up for their basic package which offers 3 negotiations per month for $36 a year. Their pricing is advertised a bit unclear so make sure to read the fine print! Don't be that person who doesn't read what you're signing up for. I connected my accounts and let Cushion go to work. About 3 days later, I had a substantial credit from my bank on my first negotiation, woohoo! 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Kudos, Cushion! You are providing a tremendous service and helping people in need.

Wow. Typically after waiting on hold forever and going back and forth with the bankers I’ve been told my bank could only reverse two fees per 6 month period. After biting the bullet and seeing if Cushion could help, I received 5 fee reversals totaling $175 back into my account - in less than 24 hours! Hassle-free experience from start to finish and worth the investment. Thank you Cushion.

They don’t support chase bank. It’s been over a week and they keep sending me error messages. Don’t use their services bad stuff

It’s a no for me, it has been well over 60 days and nothing. No progress has been made kind of mad I spent the money on it TBH.

I paid for the middle tier package for $48 because I had a couple overdraft fees with Chase bank. In less than 24 hours I had an extra $102 in my bank account. I’ll take a $54 ROI in a day. Highly recommend!!

Been with Cushion since the Facebook days. Their product has come a long way. Writing a long overdue positive review. The team is 🔥 and is always fast to respond to my tickets when i have issues or questions. I've gotten a couple hundred back and signed up for their $96 plan. The only bank I haven't had success with is bank of america but their team has always been transparent with them and I knew that going in so no real surrise there. They have a really simple interface and their product is straight forward. I would recommend Cushion to just about anyone whos been hit with bank fees in the past. Kudos to you Cushion

Banks shouldnt charge fees in the first place but since they do. I am very thankful for Cushion. You have to pay up front to use their platform and they make it clear its not guaranteed. I have gotten over $500 back so it was worht the purchase. I would highly recommend Cushion to everyone.
